Valerio Lemma

Valerio Lemma is a full professor of Economic Law at Marconi University of Rome and coordinates the Master’s in Financial Regulation at Luiss University of Rome. He is also Of Counsel at Dentons Law Firm. Mr. Lemma focuses on asset management, banking, financial and insurance regulation. He has authored more than 150 scientific papers and four monographs, most recently, “Fintech Regulation: Exploring New Challenges of the Capital Markets Union.” He is also an expert on the European Innovation Council at the European Commission and a member of the Investment Management Standing Committee Consultative Working Group at the European Securities and Markets Authority.
